Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
I first tried these cookies because they just looked so good. Well I have to tell you, I wasn't disapointed. They are even better then they look. The only thing I would do differently is I would make a double batch instead of a single batch. I have teenagers and they have a lot of friends and the combination of that group doesn't leave a lot left over for myself. This is a must try recipe, you are going to love them just like I did as well as a housefull of teenagers.
Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
Polka Dot Macaroons
1 bag (14oz.) sweetened shredded coconut1 can (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk3/4 cup flour1 - 3/4 cup M&M’sPreheat oven to 350 and grease cookie sheets and put them asideIn a large bowl combine the condensed milk and the flour. Add coconut and mix together until well blended. Stir in M&M’s. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool completely on wire racks. Store in tightly covered containers.
