1 graham cracker crusts (8 inches) 1 pkg orange jell-o 3/4 cup boiling water 3/4 cup cold water 1 can small mandarin oranges 1 carton (12oz.) whipped topping, thawed (this is about 2 cups)
In a medium bowl, dissolve the Orange Jell-O powder with 3/4 cup boiling water and adding 3/4 cup cold water. (pkg directions call for 1 cup, only use 3/4) Place this bowl in the freezer for 45 minutes. Remove the Jell-o from the freezer and fold in 1/2 carton of whipped topping and 3/4 can of Mandarin Oranges (just leaving enough for garnish on the top) Place this orange mixture into the crust. Top with remaining whipped topping and Mandarin Oranges.
