30-Minute Simple Mexican Lasagna

This is a must try dinner recipe. I made this for my family and they just loved it. I had been thinking that there would be some left overs for me to heat up for lunch the next day. But that is not how it turned out. It was gone...... Then my boys got home from school and asked if we could have Mexican lasagna again for supper. lol give this recipe a try as I am sure that your family will fall in love with it as well.
