Taco Salad

Ground Beef

Tortillas

Taco seasoning Package

1 can refried beans (optional)

Lettuce, shredded

Tomatoes, diced

Salsa

Sour Cream

Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Corn Chips

Taco bowls

Turn your muffin an upside down spray it with cooking oil and bake tortillas for approximately 10 minutes at 375

Cook your ground beef with a taco seasoning package according to package directions

In your tortilla taco bowls place a spoonful of refried beans.

Take a good handful of lettuce and fill the bowl 3/4 full

Place a heaping scoop of ground beef on top of the lettuce

Add a small spoon or salsa and sprinkle with cheese, diced tomatoes and corn chips

Top with sour cream and a touch of fresh cilantro
