Lemon Pull-Apart Bread
When I first saw this recipe I just had to give it a try. I mean seriously, it looks fantastic. And I was very right. Deliciously full of flavor, I was certainly not disappointed. I found it looks harder to make then it actually was. I thought it really was quite simple. So there you have it....... Simple and delicious! What more could you ask for? This truely will become an all time family favorite. It sure did with my family.

Peaches n Cream Rice Pudding
Peach sauce
2-3 peaches diced
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
In a pot over medium heat combine water and sugar.
Cook on medium until sugar is dissolved.
Lower heat to low, add peaches.
Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes
Rice pudding
1 cup Heavy Cream
2 cups Milk
5 Eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Peaches (diced)
3 cups Rice (already cooked)
In a large heavy pot, add milk, cream, eggs and sugar. Mix well.
Simmer on medium and stir constantly
Mixture will start to thicken
Lower heat to Low
Add peach compote and fresh diced peach.
Combine really well.
Once fresh peaches have combined into custard well, add Rice.
Stir constantly over low heat.
When mixture is creamy and thick and starting to bubble remove it from heat.
Stir in vanilla
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Refrigerate for 2 hours
