Here is another great recipe that I am sure you will love...
Easy Mini Pizza (no pizza dough required)
Ingredients
6 - 12 English Muffins or Crumpets ( these will be cut in half so each muffin makes 2 pizzas)
1 small can of spaghetti or pasta sauce or even pizza sauce ( there is no right or wrong here. I do seem to prefer the pasta sauce over pizza sauce.
Shredded cheese of your choice ( I prefer a Cheddar / Mozza combination)
Topping of your choice. If you are making this for a lot of different people have a lot of toppings to choose from.
A can of pasta sauce and a package of English muffins
A picture of all the pizza toppings. Meats, cheeses and other stuff
Heat oven to 350 and line your cookie sheet (12) or sheets (24) with tin foil.
Cut the English Muffins in half and cover them with approximately a tablespoon of sauce. (Don’t need a lot of sauce, just like you are buttering bread) I also use the back of the spoon to spread the sauce, makes it a lot easier and quicker.
Now this is where the fun comes in call your kids or guests in to make their own pizzas. Which ever topping they would like, just ask them to have the cheese on top (holds it together nicely) and place them in rows on the cookie sheet. To keep track of who’s is who’s sometimes it is easier if one person puts one pineapple (or topping of your choice) on the top of their pizzas so they can be told apart.
Bake these for 10 - 15 minutes depending on the amount of toppings used. They are ready when the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Eat and enjoy
