Oatmeal Milk Bath
3/4 cup Fine Plain Oatmeal
1 cup buttermilk
cheesecloth
If possible put your oatmeal in a grinder or food processor to grid it even more fine. This will work without this step but the finer the oatmeal it the better.
Put the oatmeal into the cheesecloth and tie it off with a rubber band or string
Fill the bathtub with hot water. As you are adding the water and it is nearly full place the cheesecloth under the tap: add the buttermilk at this time pouring directly under the running faucet.
Squeeze the oatmeal bag to release more oatmeal liquid through out the bath.
