15 Amazing Benefits of Green Tea
Green Tea has become very popular over the last decades. Even if it has been used for more than 3,000 years in China, it has just entered our nutrition plan recently.
Also the health and fitness industry discovered the positive effects of green tea.
Thеrе’ѕ nо doubt, green tеа iѕ a highly nutritious beverage. But moreover, it is also about having a relaxing cup of tea in the evening hours. Another positive attribute, it contains less caffeine, which I really appreciate to calm down in the evening.
SOAK
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons salt
Fill a clean sick with cold water and add the vinegar and salt. Mix it together.
Place in the vegetables and/or fruit and leave it to sit for 30 minutes.
Rinse under cold water and dry
SPRAY
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 cup water
Mix all the ingredients into a spray bottle.
Shake gently to mix ( this will foam up so be careful)
