Being a mother of two teenage boys I sure know a lot about the use of ice packs through out the years. It was a must have in my household and I have to say it still is.

There was on a couple occasions when I did not have any ice packs and had to use a bag of frozen vegetables. I sure wish I had known about this useful tutorial at that time.
