1 cup flour1/2 cup salt
3 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
1 package Kool-Aid Mix OR Jell-o Mix
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large pot.Slowly add water mixed with oil and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens into dough.Place on a heatproof surface and knead until it becomes cool enough for kids to handle.Change the color and smell of the play dough by changing the kind of Kool-Aid or Jell-O used when you make it.Store in a covered container for up to 6 month
