Slow-Cooker Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs

Having teenage boys I find myself running around before the typical dinner hour. Taking them to different team  practices, picking up something here and dropping off something there. I find it caqn be very difficult to have dinner on the table when I dont seem to be home to make it.  This is the main reason I love slow-cookers so much. I can get the meal together when I have the time and it is ready for when I need it. 

I love meatballs, and if they are cheese stuffed all the better. This recipe is a fantastic stuffed meatball and a must try for every family. It will become a part of your busy meal planning schedule like it did mine.
